We produce and supply detailed drawing packages, schedules and tender information for tradesmen and specifiers to tender and work from. BUILD MANAGEMENT - Site visits/inspections, drawings, discussions with trades

We help with the smooth running of the project once live on site. We collaborate with the build contractor to ensure high quality delivery. Building empathy and working with like minded people these contractor relationships matter to us and make the difference in successfully trouble shooting any construction problems, keeping the delivery programme on track and achieving outstanding quality for our clients. 

BUILD COMPLETION HANDOVER - handover demonstrations and manuals, on going support

We ensure at completion of the works homes are ready to move into as free of defects as possible.

We give the client demonstrations on how all the building systems work, so they understand how to use the building from the moment they step into the property. We provide a handover/operations manual detailing every aspect of how to use and maintain the property for the future, and we are always on hand to answer any ongoing questions our clients have - so they can confidently enjoy their new home.
